Like most women I have always loved jewelry. I love how it makes you look, how it makes you feel and I love the way a nice piece of jewelry feels against my skin. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve experienced an uplifting feeling just from putting on a well made, beautiful piece of jewelry. Over the years I’ve spent countless hours designing and creating special pieces for myself, friends and family. That time spent creating served as an active meditation. It was a time when I could break away from the hectic life of children and mommy hood and just be. Many nights and nap times I’ve spent at my bench working on the next design or finishing my newest piece. I truly enjoy the creative process, not just the creativity in my own pieces but in the creations of others as well. The pieces I have selected have inspired me in one way or another. Each stone has a special meaning and I hope you find meaning in them as well . Inspiration and creativity are beautiful things and I really appreciate creation in all aspects of life. I’ve taken a special interest in the metaphysical aspects of gemstones and find it fascinating that throughout the ages people have looked to these precious pieces of nature to heal their finances, health and relationships.
